What determines final ranking?
Employees of the TOP 10 companies show very high engagement and satisfaction with their employment. This year’s average engagement rate among the Best employers is 28 percentage points above the Czech average.
Employers were evaluated based on three aspects – feedback from their employees, company's HR policies and opinion of the top management. In order to be included among the best employers, companies have to reach excellent results in the five following attributes: engagement rate, trustworthy leadership, high performance culture, attractive employer brand and sustainability. The key driver influencing final ranking of each company is engagement of its employees. Engagement is defined in Aon Hewitt surveys as a state of an emotional and intellectual involvement of the employee in the company activities. It is characterised by three models of behavior:
- employees have an intense desire to be a member of the organization;
- employees consistently speak positively about the organization to coworkers, potential employees, and customers;
- employees make an extra effort and engage in work that contributes to business success of the company.
